I knew it was a long shot to be able to find the home of my dreams, but I knew if I were to find it then it would be listed in MLS Calgary. That is precisely where I began looking as well. I was asking for at least 4500 square feet, which is alot. But to me and my family it is what we need. I am definitely needing 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. But the main thing is price, it all comes down to money. I do not want to spend more than $2mil on it.

Now that price includes closing costs and the whole nine yards. I am sure I will find something, but it will take a while and I will need the help of a great Realtor as well. If they listen real well they will understand exactly what my family is looking for and it should not be an issue to find it for us.
