The Most Valuable 30 Minutes in Your Workweek
Imagine if you could free up 10 to 20 hours per week to spend with your family, vacationing, or pursuing other hobbies. Imagine if you could take a vacation and relax for weeks at a time away from your business. You can. Learn how to free up at least 30% more time in your business.

Consider that the average business owner spends 10 to 40 hours per week working in her business, doing work to maintain the business and keep it afloat. This does not include time spent on the profit-generating aspects of the business, or time spent on strategic planning to move the business forward.

Putting systems in place to streamline business activities and prevent problems can free up at least 30% more time for the average business owner. That is a lot of time that can be used in more productive ways.

Yet, most business owners never get around to doing this type of work. That is unfortunate because it is the most important work a business owner can do. If you are like many small business owners, you probably feel so busy working in your business that you don't believe you have the time to do the strategic work to grow your business effectively. Yet making that time, even if it is just a few hours per week, can save you hours of time down the road.

When my clients begin business coaching, many tell me they don’t think they have the time to spend on strategic planning. Often, there is a “fire to be put out” (i.e., a crisis) in the business and that’s the initial focus of coaching. Eventually they realize that by dealing with the crisis AND looking at the big picture of the business prevents future crises.

Take the time to analyze your business. If you feel so overwhelmed by all that you have to do that you have a hard time seeing where to start, a business coach can be that objective observer who assists you to reduce the inefficiency and waste in your business.

Don't fall into the trap of telling yourself you are "too busy" to do the strategic planning in your business. Just a half-hour per week spent on strategic planing ultimately can shave hours off your workweek!

Just found your site very helpful. Everyone tells me how easy online marketing is, and I am sooo confused with all of the cheaters trying to sell a product that probably doesnt even work. Thank you for such a credible site. - Mikal D. Barchenger II - OM Surf International
